To ensure your order reaches you quickly and in excellent condition, we only use trusted courier services. If you find that the product is damaged or the packaging is tampered with, please contact our Customer support info@genxbattery.com, with your order reference number. We will make every effort to solve it asap. You can track your order on our website by visiting the Track Your Order section.

We ship our GenX UAV products using Bluedart, DTDC, FedEx, Delhivery, etc. depending on your selection during checkout.

Order Cancellation Policy

This Order Cancellation Policy applies when a customer cancels all or part of an order within 2 hours of purchase, after acceptance and acknowledgment from GENX UAV but before the goods are shipped or services are executed.

Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. All claims once the item is shipped will be in accordance with our return policy.

To cancel an order you have placed with GenX UAV, you must contact customer support by email info@genxbattery.com or by phone +(91) 78618 94512 within 2 hours of purchase. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.
