Detailed pack layout, BMS profile, connector + harness drawings, weight + Wh/kg targets. Approved drawings before tooling.

Prototype

First-article packs delivered for flight tests. Discharge curves, thermal data and cycle-life baseline shared with engineering.

05Step

Validation

UN 38.3 + BIS test reports, NDAA documentation, performance correlation against approved drawings. Sign-off before production.

Production
