What Procurement Teams Ask Us First.

Territories are assigned at the state or multi-state region level depending on UAV market density. A protected territory means GenX will not appoint a second distributor in that region for the term of your agreement, and any qualified inbound RFQs sourced from your region are routed to you for first response.

A.Exclusivity terms are reviewed every 4 quarters against the committed annual purchase plan.
B.Government tenders, defence direct contracts, and OEM private-label engagements are handled centrally and may be excluded from territory routing — these are surfaced clearly in the channel agreement.
