Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of genxbattery.com, the GenX RFQ and OEM procurement workflows, and any communications, orders, or services provided by GenX Battery (“GenX,” “we,” “us”). By accessing the site, submitting an RFQ, creating an OEM account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.

If you are using the site on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

GenX products and services are intended for businesses, government buyers and professional UAV operators. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law (or the law applicable to you). The site is not directed at consumers in the traditional retail sense, and certain content, certifications and pricing are provided on a B2B / OEM basis.

Some products may be subject to export controls, defence-procurement requirements or hazardous-goods regulations. You are responsible for ensuring you can lawfully receive and operate them in your jurisdiction.

You may need an OEM or B2B account to access certain features (such as repeat ordering, downloads, fleet RFQs or quote history). You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information
• Keep your credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorized people
• Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for activity that occurs under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of abuse, fraud, credential sharing, or violation of these Terms.

Listed prices and online pricing are indicative. Final pricing, lead time and fitment for a specific UAV platform are confirmed through a formal Request for Quote (RFQ) and engineering review. Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote document.

An order is confirmed only after we issue a written acceptance (proforma invoice or order confirmation) and receive any applicable advance or full payment under the quoted terms. GenX reserves the right to decline or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to: pricing error, stock unavailability, compliance review, fraud risk or restricted-end-use concerns.

All B2B orders are invoiced under GST with the GSTIN you provide. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate GSTIN and billing address; corrections after invoice generation are subject to time limits under Indian GST law.

Lithium-based UAV batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods under UN 38.3. GenX dispatches them in accordance with applicable hazmat documentation and packaging requirements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• GenX selects the courier and route based on hazmat eligibility and serviceability
• Risk passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier or designated representative
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may shift due to courier hazmat checks, customs or carrier limitations
• International shipping (where offered) is subject to customs duties, taxes and import licensing in the destination country, which are the buyer's responsibility

If a shipment is damaged in transit, you must record evidence at the time of delivery and report it to GenX within the timelines stated in our Warranty & Returns policy.

Warranty terms, technical inspection procedures, return eligibility and replacement coordination are described on our Warranty & Returns page. Those terms form part of these Terms of Service for any order placed with GenX.

Prices on the site are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated, and are exclusive of GST unless explicitly marked otherwise. Payment terms (advance, credit, partial milestone) are specified in the quote or order confirmation.

For payments processed online, you authorise our payment gateway partners to collect and process payment on our behalf. We do not store full payment-card data. Late payment on credit-term orders may incur interest, suspension of further dispatch, and cancellation of pending orders.

All content on the site — including the GenX brand, product designs, BMS firmware, datasheets, drawings, photographs, videos and written copy — is owned by GenX or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may view and download materials strictly for internal evaluation, procurement review, and ordinary use of products purchased from GenX. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or use GenX content for competitive product development, AI model training, or any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

When you submit RFQs, drawings, fitment data, application descriptions or other content to GenX, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use that content for the purpose of evaluating, quoting, designing and supplying the requested products and for our internal records.

You represent that you have the right to share any content you submit and that doing so does not violate any confidentiality or IP obligations to third parties. Confidentiality of sensitive technical content can be formalized through a separate NDA on request.

While using GenX sites and services, you agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes or in violation of export controls or sanctions
• Resell GenX products without authorization, or misrepresent them as third-party brands
• Reverse-engineer, tamper with, or attempt to bypass BMS firmware, safety features or authentication
• Submit false or misleading information in RFQs, accounts or compliance documents
• Probe, scan, scrape, or test the vulnerability of the site without prior written consent
• Use automated systems (bots, crawlers) to access the site in ways that disrupt service
• Use the site, RFQ content or downloads to train AI models without prior written consent

The site, content and product documentation are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenX disclaims all implied warranties (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement) except as expressly stated in the Warranty & Returns policy or a signed agreement.

UAV battery selection depends on platform, mission, payload, climate and many integration variables. While we offer engineering review and selection guidance, final fitment, integration and safe operation are the responsibility of the integrator or operator.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenX’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the site, RFQs, orders or products is limited to the amount you paid to GenX for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event.

GenX is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of mission, loss of data, downtime, or damage to aircraft or payload, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GenX, its parent (Dazzle Robotics Pvt Ltd), and their officers, employees and authorized representatives from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of GenX products or content; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) content you submit through RFQs or accounts.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory exclusive consumer-protection rules that apply to you, the courts at Gandhinagar / Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct discussion. If unresolved, the parties may agree to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with venue at Gandhinagar / Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India and proceedings in English.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through your B2B account or by email. Continued use of the site after the update means you accept the revised Terms.
