Yes. Standard is XT60; XT90 or EC5 are available on request. Custom harness designs (split, parallel, BMS-integrated) are routed through engineering — typical turnaround is 2-3 weeks for first article, faster on repeat orders.
12-month manufacturer warranty against cell defects and capacity degradation outside spec tolerance when used within the stated operating envelope. Cycle abuse, water ingress, and platform-side over-draw events are excluded. Replacement is pack-level, not cell-level.
Yes. All Pro+ Solid State packs are NDAA-compliant. Origin-of-cell, manufacturing facility (Gandhinagar, Gujarat), and supply-chain certifications are issued on PO. Defense procurement buyers should mention this on the RFQ for expedited paperwork.
