If you encounter an issue with your GenX UAV product, please email at info@genxbattery.com. Include details of the problem along with relevant images or a video showing the issue. Our customer service team will review your case and may issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if necessary. In some cases, we may decide to replace the product without requiring a return or issue a refund for the product.
Once you receive the RMA number, please courier the product to the following address, clearly marking the RMA number on the return box:

Our technical services department will inspect the product upon receipt and provide an update within one week.
We do not provide any return on items which are fully functional and as per specs provided by GenX Batteries. We only do exchange in case of product is defective. The exchange will be done after RMA process and approved by our team. Once approved, items will be exchanged within 3-5 Working days.
Refunds are issued only after the product is received and inspected by GenX Batteries. Once the refund is approved and bank account details received, the refund will get credited to the original Payment method within a maximum period of 7 working days.
Once we received the Product Order, Shipping will be done within 24 hours and it will get delivered within 5-6 working Days.
Even if your GenX UAV product is out of warranty, we are here to help. We offer repair services at minimal rates. Please contact us at info@genxbattery.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
If your GenX UAV product is no longer needed, we may accept an exchange, provided the packaging is intact and you notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please note that we cannot accept returns if these criteria are not met, or if the product has been used. We encourage customers to carefully select products before ordering, as we cannot resell used items.
This Order Cancellation Policy applies when a customer cancels all or part of an order within 2 hours of purchase, after acceptance and acknowledgment from GENX UAV but before the goods are shipped or services are executed.
Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. All claims once the item is shipped will be in accordance with our return policy.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.
