02Why is rated cycle life 20 cycles?
Because it is Lithium Metal at 575 — that energy density is bought with cycle count. Rated pack cycle life on this SKU is 20 cycles. It is an endurance and mission pack, budgeted as a consumable. For high-turnaround flying, ask us to specify a higher-cycle line instead.

06What is the temperature limit before thermal runaway?
80 °C — do not exceed it. Cell temperature must stay below 80 °C in every condition, on this pack and on every GenX line: charge, discharge, storage and transport. Above 80 °C thermal runaway becomes possible on any lithium chemistry. The operating envelope is tighter than that ceiling — Ambient Charge : 0 to 60℃ Ambient Discharge: -40 to 60℃ — so treat 80 °C as an abort limit, not a target. Storage: Storage Temprature : Standard 23℃ (65% Humidity). If a cell approaches it, land, isolate the pack and report it to us.
07Can I get a different connector or harness length?
Yes. The pack ships with XT90S on the discharge side and a 2515 Connector balance lead. Alternate connectors, cable lengths and OEM harnesses are quoted as custom work — send the airframe interface with your RFQ.
08How fast can you dispatch, and is there a minimum order?
