Solid State Is The Range's Working Compromise

The Pro+ solid-state line runs 350–450 Wh/kg — well above LiPo, below lithium-metal — and gives back the cycle life that lithium-metal spends. It is the correct default for a fleet that flies every day. This SKU is rated 400 Wh/kg.

Choose it when mass budget is not the binding constraint: agriculture spray blocks, inspection, training, logistics runs where the airframe can carry the extra kilogram.

Only move up to lithium-metal when the mission does not close on solid state. That is a specification decision, not an upsell — send the endurance target and we will tell you which side of the line you are on.

01Is the discharge rating 2C or 3C?

2C continuous — 51 A. 3C — 76.5 A — is the burst figure. Size ESCs, fusing and harness on the continuous number.

02Why is rated cycle life 600 cycles?

Because it is Lithium Ion Solid State at 400 — that energy density is bought with cycle count. Rated pack cycle life on this SKU is 600 cycles. It is an endurance and mission pack, budgeted as a consumable. For high-turnaround flying, ask us to specify a higher-cycle line instead.

03What does ₹70,840 include, and how is GST billed?

₹70,840 is the unit price excluding GST. At 18% that is ₹12,751 tax, ₹83,591 delivered per unit on a GST invoice. Bulk rates apply from 25 units, and OEM pricing is quoted against volume — both come back on the RFQ, not from this page.

04What certification is on record for this pack?

Certification is confirmed per SKU on the quotation, never assumed from the catalogue. Manufacturing and R&D are in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, and the pack is made in India. Standard charge is 5.1A(0.2C), CCCV, 4.25V 700mA cut-off — 130 A on a 25.5 Ah pack, over 3~5 hours, on a balance-capable charger sized for 12S1P reading the Molex 16P harness. Rapid charge on this SKU is 12.75A(0.5C), CCCV, 4.25V 700mA cut-off. Charge only inside the stated temperature envelope — Ambient Charge : 0 to 60℃ Ambient Discharge: -40 to 60℃.

06What is the temperature limit before thermal runaway?

80 °C — do not exceed it. Cell temperature must stay below 80 °C in every condition, on this pack and on every GenX line: charge, discharge, storage and transport. Above 80 °C thermal runaway becomes possible on any lithium chemistry. The operating envelope is tighter than that ceiling — Ambient Charge : 0 to 60℃ Ambient Discharge: -40 to 60℃ — so treat 80 °C as an abort limit, not a target. Storage: Storage Temprature : Standard 23℃ (65% Humidity). If a cell approaches it, land, isolate the pack and report it to us.

07Can I get a different connector or harness length?

Yes. The pack ships with AS150U on the discharge side and a Molex 16P balance lead. Alternate connectors, cable lengths and OEM harnesses are quoted as custom work — send the airframe interface with your RFQ.

08How fast can you dispatch, and is there a minimum order?

In stock, PAN India. No minimum order — one unit for evaluation is fine. Air freight needs the UN 38.3 test summary; request it with the order.
