Yes. Each pack ships with the discharge connector listed in its specification; alternative XT / EC / AS-series connectors and custom harness designs (split, parallel, BMS-integrated) are routed through engineering — typical turnaround is 2-3 weeks for first article, faster on repeat orders.
Manufacturer warranty (period listed in this pack's specification) against cell defects and capacity degradation outside spec tolerance when used within the stated operating envelope.
